Auricular Acupuncture

Auricular acupuncture is an ancient practice of regulating the body’s dysfunctions through stimulation of points on the ear. Taking place in a group setting, it is used to treat issues such as anxiety, depression, insomnia, and has been shown to be a helpful tool in reducing addiction induced cravings.
