- A wi-fi connection
- A smartphone or tablet or Mac or PC desktop / laptop. Click here to get Zoom for your laptop, PC, or MAC.
- Zoom app downloaded. Click here to download the Zoom app for iOS or click here to download the Zoom app for Android.
- A quiet space or room
- Optional – headphones, the kind that came with your phone
To begin your Virtual Visit:

Login to DAP’s MyChart https://mychart.ochin.org/mychartdap/Authentication/Login?, scroll down to the bottom of the welcome page and click PRECHECK-IN, complete the check on steps, then click BEGIN VIDEO VISIT.
