Who do I contact with questions about MyChart?

What happens if I’m late or need to cancel?

To cancel, please call the clinic prior to your scheduled appointment, or visit MyChart. A late arrival is defined as a patient arriving more than 10 minutes late for their scheduled appointment. Exception: The last appointment before lunch, and the last appointment at the end of the day. A patient is considered a no-show if their appointment is missed without prior cancellation.

Excessive patient lateness is defined as three or more consecutive appointments for which the patient arrives more than 10 minutes after the scheduled appointment time, or five or more appointments for which the patient arrives late in any one calendar year, whether the appointments are consecutive or not.

Excessive patient no-show is defined as three or more consecutive no-shows in a rolling six-month period.

Can I attend support groups like SMART Recovery or stress management sessions without being a patient?

Yes, support and recovery groups are open to the public. Our facilitators welcome all participants. Contact the Wellness Center Administrative Assistant at 760.323.9255 for details.

How do I schedule an appointment for acupuncture, massage, or Reiki?

These services are available by appointment only and require a referral from a DAP Health clinician. Patients can speak with their provider to request access to these treatments.

Do I need to be a DAP Health patient to participate in wellness programs?

Many of our wellness classes and activities are free for DAP Health patients, while some services are available to the general public for a small fee. Contact the Wellness Center Administrative Assistant at 760.323.9255 for details on specific programs.

Are wellness classes free, or is there a cost?

Most wellness classes — including yoga, meditation, and support groups — are free for patients. Some specialized programs, such as acupuncture or barber services, may have eligibility requirements or limited availability.

How can I stay updated on upcoming classes and events?

You can check our online calendar, follow us on social media, or contact the Wellness Center Administrative Assistant at 760.323.9255 for the latest schedule of classes and programs.

Can I donate in-kind items (medical equipment, other supplies, etc.)?

Absolutely! We welcome in-kind donations that support the health and wellness of our patients and programs. These may include medical supplies, personal care products, or other relevant items. To ensure we can accept and properly utilize your contribution, please contact our Philanthropy team at dapgiving@daphealth.org in advance to confirm current needs and donation guidelines.

Is my donation tax-deductible?

Yes. DAP Health is a registered 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization, and your donation may be tax-deductible to the extent allowed by law. We encourage you to consult with your tax advisor to determine how your gift may benefit you. After donating, you’ll receive a receipt confirming your contribution for your records.
