Community Advisory Board

The Community Advisory Board (CAB) seeks to improve the experience for clients and staff of DAP Health. The CAB typically meets monthly and is composed of up to fifteen members with at least one more client than staff members. Interested clients must complete the Community Advisory Board application and then be approved by a majority vote. If interested, you are encouraged to apply.
