What is the clinic no show policy?

Due to the level of clinic no-shows, DAP has adopted a policy aimed at reducing the amount of missed appointments. This applies to medical, behavioral health and dental; although all are independent of one another.

  • 1st no show – Phone call from Patient Service Representative and No-Show Notice will be sent via mail
  • 2nd consecutive no-show- a hold on appointments until a member of the team (case manager) has spoken with you as the patient.
  • 3 no-shows in a rolling 6 month period will result in disenrollment from the clinic.
