Therapy groups are available for a variety of different mental health issues, including Depression, Anxiety, Breaking out of Isolation, HIV and Aging, Stress Reduction, DBT and Mindfulness, etc. Therapy groups are structured, closed, 12-15 week treatment protocols using evidence-based therapeutic curriculum and exercises to address specific mental health issues.
